Dr. Emma Clark C.Psych. (All services are $240 per hour)
I am a clinical psychologist in who provides psychological services for children and adolescents. I completed my Doctoral degree in School/Applied Child Psychology at McGill University in 2023. Throughout my learning and training, I have gained experience in assessing and treating a number of conditions that impact children and adolescents. This includes difficulties with learning, attention, mood, anxiety, autism, obsessive-compulsive tendencies, body-focused repetitive behaviour, and emotion dysregulation. I have experience in several environments, including hospitals, school boards, community mental health services, voluntary inpatient treatment, and private practice. My research experience has explored the impact of attentional challenges on math learning.
I presently work full-time in private practice. I provide psychological assessments, therapy with youth, and consultation to parents on supporting their children. I borrow from a number of evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Emotion-Focused Skills Training for Parents (EFST). I work closely with youth and families to determine individualized approaches to meet their needs most effectively.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time outdoors, running, and playing games with family and friends.

Dr. Victoria Doobay C.Psych. (All services are $240 per hour)
I am a licensed clinical psychologist who provides psychological services to children, adolescents, families, and adults. I received my Doctorate degree in 2017 from McGill, and have trained at various sites including hospital, school, private practice, and community mental health clinics across Montreal, Toronto, and Chicago. I am a licensed clinical psychologist in both Illinois and Ontario.
I have vast experience providing therapeutic, assessment, and consultation services. I work primarily from a trauma-informed and strengths-based perspective emphasizing existential, humanistic, CBT, DBT, and liberation psychology frameworks. I combine practices such as mindfulness and yoga techniques into my clinical work. I strive to collaborate with my clients to empower them within their systems, as well as build and strengthen community connections. I assess and treat a number of difficulties such as emotion regulation, depression, anxiety, autism, learning disorders, attention and focus, amongst others. At the forefront, I believe in a growth mindset and I am a lifelong learner committed to interrupting oppressive systems.
In addition to my role at Glaser Psychological Services, I work at DePaul University’s Family and Community Services, a community mental health clinic in Chicago serving underinsured families, coordinating the student training program. I provide clinical supervision to graduate students, which I deeply enjoy. I am an active advocate for anti-oppressive practices and provide seminars, workshops, and trainings to mental health professionals on topics related to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, such as (but not limited to) decolonizing mental health practices, racial trauma, and microaggressions.
Outside of work life, I enjoy spending time with my dog, family, and friends. I’m an avid reader who enjoys tea, connection with others, strength training, cooking, and travel.

Whether you are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or are unsure of how to cope, I believe that therapy can be a powerful tool to reduce suffering, build resiliency, and attain a life that is rich and meaningful to you. I combine my empathetic, collaborative, and non-judgmental approach with evidence-based interventions, including Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)* to support clients in identifying and achieving their goals.
I am a registered social worker with a Bachelor of Social Work (BSW) from McMaster University and a Master of Social Work (MSW) from Dalhousie University. I have experience with clients of all ages providing both group and individual interventions to support with a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, suicidal and self-injurious behaviour, grief, major life-transitions, trauma, and complex interpersonal concerns. While I am passionate about supporting all of these populations, I also have a special interest in working with trauma, grief, first responders and their families, young adults, and pre and postnatal populations.
EMDR is an extensively studied structured therapy that encourages the patient to focus briefly on the trauma memory while simultaneously experiencing bilateral stimulation (typically eye movements), which is associated with a reduction in the vividness and emotion associated with the trauma memories. EMDR can help address trauma and PTSD symptoms, anxiety, depression, OCD, chronic pain, addictions, and other distressing life experiences. Click HERE for more information about EMDR
